For what it’s worth I put (roughly weekly) clips from my training up here

Originally I thought it might attract people to the club, but it seems that most of the page’s followers are in the US and Iran (of all places) so it’s not really achieving that (I’m in London, UK)
I also haven’t really attracted much useful feedback on instagram so I’m not sure what I’m achieving….

If any of you wonderful martial arts geeks on this board wanna jump in with observations, improvements, criticisms etc I’d be very grateful as I’m toying with the idea of stopping posting clips up
