Hey all,

I'm looking for recommendations for any good Muay Thai instructional DVD's. I've a grounding in the basics of Muay Thai, having done about a year's training in it maybe 3 years ago, but would like to brush up and solidfy what I know. Unfortunately going to a dedicated MT class is no longer an option as I've since changed city, and there is nowhere that actually does pure MT.

So, any recommendations? Cheers in advance,
