Mi good friend Greg invited me to his humble Dojang to sweat a little, no politics, no patches, no creeds, etc just a good relaxing TKD session amoung budies, so I jump in.
The class was, a little warmp up, some kicking techs and at the end Greg asked me to take care of the class and do what I wanted, so i taught his students some one steps using diferent combinations.
At teh end I swaet alot, enjoyed the time and recharged batteries, here you hace a short clip of one of the one steps I taught the boys.
