If you watch it until the end, one of them knocks the other off the car. I will say that the lances had rubber traffic cones instead of metal tips, but even so...

It's a stunt. Just like any stunt, someone might try to copy it and get hurt or killed. But we can't protect stupid people from themselves. I'm sure the player in this video are Professional Stuntpeople.
