The esoteric heritage in …..

How did ancient Japanese warriors get pumped up for battle?
How does a sports person get pumped for an event? It’s probably completely individual (although I personally favour hurdler, Michelle Jenneke’s little method).

However, ‘Kuji no in’ was one method for the samurai going into conflict.

Another technique sometimes used in the Japanese sword arts is Ah-Un breathing, borrowed from, again, Zen (Rinzai)
There are a few variations from the one demonstrated in this video. The one I favour is to inhale on a slightly closed rims glottidis through the mouth creating a sort of screeching sound as the air goes in and a humming sound on the exhalation. I perform nine cycles as part of my preparation for practise.

Druids are old school pre Victorian. I don't much about them other than they were big into the spiritualism. I don't know any group in ancient times that wasn't. They also were combat trained, but I don't know much about that part.
Pretty much everyone in Dungeons and Dragons are trained up for combat. That includes the druids.

I’m not much a fan of Sake, there, I said it. Abominations on the other hand…
I have no problem with not liking Sake... and no problem with abomination. separately but put cold and Sake together and it becomes an abomination that should not be tolerated..
