Sorry to have kept you waiting. The news is that I have another belt hanging on my rack. The test was a big success and I am now a blue belt. Another big step in my journey. I have been going for a year now and have learned a lot, but there is much to learn. Going to Kenpo is one of the big highlights of my week. After every training session I feel better than when I arrived. Time for the next lesson!
