You have a very narrow and ridiculous definition of 'something to lose'.

I agree. Not to be mean to Alan, but I get what he's saying, someone with no assets or nothing you could win if you sue. But to me my freedom is worth more than my bank account. They might not have assets, but they could end up going to jail. No one has nothing to lose, if they don't have money they might end up paying with their freedom. It's a crap situation either way if you ask me.
