Street guys. Please give direct technical answers.

Block, then hit is a lower tier skill (physics wise) than simultaneous defense and offense. An even higher tier is to, given the space,

Not really. Not all the time. So one example would be blocking and then countering with the same hand.

Which if done right gives you an open track to their head before they can recover. While still allowing your other hand to do stuff.

Simultaneous defence and offensive sounds cool. But if you add defensive movement in to fighting you are taking away a hand to block that could be used for punching.

(I will still do it. But off single strikes. Parry counter jab, simultaneous blocking and striking is amazing. Fightingout of the pocket. Not so much. )

There may be less concern about trading attacks to score points.
I would have said that was more prevalent in the 2nd and 3rd rounds where he started to pressure fight.

Which is fine. But it is more risk. Even his comments were high risk high reward.

Ok. Every time someone got punched in the head.

They were better off blocking that.
No, I am asking about the boxer and multiple KOs in the street video. No one "got punched in the head." I've asked at least 3 times without an answer. Your answer may answer your own comments and make the discussion more clear...

From the video in my post #132, the boxer KOs multiple attackers in the street.

The boxer…

1. pendulum steps back to a safe distance.
2. steps back with the lead foot then forward with it (stutter step, deception, pressure).
3. then as the attacker’s feet are together, he enters the pocket with a leaping lead hook KOs him and exits stepping back at an angle.
4. faces the second attacker, throws the rear straight as the opponent is on one leg trying to kick him and KOs him.

Same question, Where in this video can you say, per physics, it’s better for him to block first then punch?

No. Jeff and Micah both slip and punch (which is simultaneous defense and offense) more often than they block in your video.
