Sill working on Sil Lum Tao, but I have a problem...... Doing Sil lum tao with one of these on your right hand....make it difficult

Apparently I have De Quervain's Tendonitis

Getting better but still an issue

Getting better but still an issue
An old coach of mine would have said "what if you were on the street right now, would you get a pass?" Train what you can, modify as needed, don't further injure yourself, and accept it as a limitation (hopefully temporary). I forget where I read it, but studies shown training one limb will have positive effect on the other limb, even if the other limb isn't trained at all (of course to a lesser extent).
