Yes, take a rubber/manequin hand and put a motor under it. Have the hand hold a pair of Nunchakus. The hand will rotate and so will the "chucks" Have the whole thing sitting on a illuminated stand of sort.

(Rubber hands can be purchased at most novelty/costume stores-the motor any hardware store...get assiatntace from someone at the hardware store to show you how to rig it.
