KenpoTex Senior Master Oct 7, 2008 #2 They're okay...I don't like most S&W autos because they have that damn magazine-disconnect safety (gun won't fire if the magazine is not inserted).

Grenadier Sr. Grandmaster Lifetime Supporting Member MTS Alumni Oct 7, 2008 #3 It will be a decent home defense gun. Very reliable, and can take any factory spec .40 ammo. Trigger pull might feel a bit gritty, even in SA mode, but that can be fixed with a bit of polishing cloth.
