okay, the Position Recognition topic's a bit over my head; however, the clip on applying Star Block Set had some pretty spiffy ideas in it. we've had some experience of applying the blocks with a partner while in a horse stance staying stationary, but incorporating foot maneuvers seems like a good idea and would assist in being able to apply the blocks during a freestyle situation. it would also help with depth perceptions and attack distances and not only assist in fortifying blocks, but would help with basics, i.e.: punches, kicks, etc. good show, I say. :)

the reverse, one block ahead, and the right going one way and the left going another, yes.
