Places to train in Northern VA

I'm actually looking for places to train as far as possible West of D.C. in Northern VA- I live near Leesburg but there are NO gyms that have any facilities for training. Not even light/heavy bags, speed bags, etc. If anyone knows of even a place like this I'd love to know....I think a 30 minute drive is about as far as I could commit to. There is a place in Chantilly on rte 50 but the last time I checked it out it was pretty bad..

I know the Gold's Gyms don't have rooms like this anymore- they converted them into "Spinning" rooms to make more $$$.

So sad...

Are you looking only for Muay Thai? There are a number of options in the area; check out One Spirit Martial Arts and NOVA Band for example.
