I was a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor/Trainer for 3 years. Before that I dabbled in a bit of everything. Now I train Muay Thai and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Been doin that for about 2 years now. Oh and I throw some wrestling in there too.
