they put some on glass, and hit it with a pressure washer (point blank) for an hour and the water still beaded off...that stuff cool I wonder how long it lasts
They put it on a toilet plunger...Sooo...if you put this stuff on the inside of a water glass, filled the glass and emptied it, the glass would be dry?
although, I don't care much for the name.
There is a video on their site with a guy in a fleece jacket having a gallon of water poured over his very dry sleeve.As an avid outdoors man and caver I can see TONS of applications for this. For example; for years the biggest threat to cavers is hypothermia. This is mainly caused by people getting wet and it's sometimes cold in the caves or they're inside of the spray of a huge (underground) waterfall and eventually their coversuits will get soaked and weigh a ton plus it soaks through and gets the skin wet and well... and so on and so on. Marvelous.
Also good for tents, sleeping bags, you name it.
Awesome stuff... and yeah I'd want stock in the company too. :uhyeah:
