This last saturday, I went to the Kajukembo Self Defense Systems annual seminar.

In Attendance were GM Manual Arcos, GM Dan Frazier, Prof Manual Arcos III, Prof Augustine Lopez (the instructor for the event) lots of Sigungs and Sifu's and several non kaju people.

The first half was JU, we spent 2 hours on joint locks

Second half was 2 hours of KEN, hard fact kenpo combinations

it was AWESOME

Yes, and I'm here to say that I'm still nursing the bruises a young 110 lb chinese (?) girl gave this 220 lb 46 year old man. It was like drinking from a fire hose but worse. It is always a privilege to see the best of the best move.
