I was just wondering if you all have ever said somthing while tipsy and wished you could take it back.
A local Karaoke DJ had again put the song "Happy" on my list for the night and I finaly told him, "Look, I hate that song. My ex girlfriends ex boyfriend asked me to do it, so I did. And I did it for you a couple of months ago as a favor. Please don't ask me to do that song again."

He then explained that it was because of me doing that song that he went out and bought the album and that Sister Hazel is now one of his favorite bands. I felt terrible until he dissed the Joan Baez song I wanted to do in its stead. Should I do the song for him again? After thinking about it, I don't really dislike the song. It just reminds me of people I don't want to be reminded of.

It's up to you Sean. Do what YOU want to do. This is supposed to be a fun thing for you. The DJ is supposed to do his job. If you like it and feel like singing it, then go ahead, if not, then don't feel obligated to it. :)
