Does anyone know where I may be able to obtain a copy of the Jidokwan syllabus?

I have tried using good old google but have had no joy.

That is a hard one because I think the Jidokwan curriculum has changed a lot. There were so many head instructors of the Jidokwan.

You might want to contact GM Bill Dewart who claims Jidokwan lineage and has been around for a long time. You can get contact information for him on the AAU TKD site under regional directors,pacific region.
