OK Kung Fu refers to any skill attained by hard work and study as I understand it.
However it became a term for all the Chinese Martial arts in the 1970's basically.
yes the chinese arts called Kung Fu, such as Shoalin and things like chou le fut and tai chi chuan are very very efficent and effective styles of unarmed combat and many of them teach weapons traditionaly to.
