I can’t see YouTube, why are sunflower seeds not good ?
I have a slight nut allergy but sunflower seeds are no problem for me, and they are packed with nutrients.

China is probably the biggest producer of peanuts and sunflower seeds, many ppl here eat plenty of it.

According to that video:

Too much "oxalic acid" in sunflower seeds that can create kidney stone during old age.

Too much "Aflatoxin" in peanuts that can cause cancer. Also "high sodium" in peanuts can cause too much work for kidney for old age.

ā€œLow Oxalate Seeds -

Sunflower Seeds

3mg oxalate per 1/4 cup
Sunflower seeds* are delicious on salads for a nutty flavor and crunch. Be careful to avoid salted and flavored sunflower seeds. Sunbutter* is made from sunflower seeds and is a tasty, lower oxalate alternative to peanut butter.ā€

ā€œHigh Oxalate Nuts & Seeds -
Brazil nuts (137mg oxalate per ounce)ā€

Low Oxalate Nuts & Seeds

These kind of reports on food swing back and forth

Macadamia nuts are my favorite! What’s the issue with them?

Even my primary medical doctor suggests almond over cashews.

You want to live forever? Enjoy life’s fruits while you can chew them.
My wife is 9 years younger than me. I promised her that I'll outlive her so I will worry about her death and she doesn't have to worry about my death. In order to outlive my wife, I have to work very hard for it.

This year, I start to add 100 squads on my daily training. I can see my leg muscle start to come back.

In your ā€œopinionā€ā€¦. Alrighty then

Monounsaturated fats are a healthy type of fat found in foods like olive oil, avocados, nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews), seeds, and peanut butter, which are liquid at room temperature and can help lower bad cholesterol and improve heart health when replacing unhealthy fats.

From AI google search, but i also read this years ago when i looked into ā€œBlue Zonesā€

nuts and seeds: A cornerstone of the Blue Zone diet, nuts such as almonds (Ikaria/Sardinia), pistachios (Nicoya), and peanuts are consumed daily. Research indicates that daily nut consumers may outlive non-nut consumers by 2-3 years

Aflatoxin in peanuts, roast them, can reduce by 90%. Its what my wife does, and she is a TCM Doctor trained in and from Beijing
Quite common here to eat them steam cooked , don’t know if that has same effect, probably

Peanuts are legumes.
Yeah I know, I often point that out when I nut talk with people insisting ttheir peanuts are nuts, kinda in the name ā€˜pea’nut, but I have a slight allergy about them as well with cashew nuts, that I also believe is not really a nut(also not a legume)?

Nuts and seeds[and peanuts] are quite some libido boosters

Well, that's a bummer. I'm allergic to most tree nuts. I can eat peanuts though.

Peanuts in excess can be a very high calorie intake but they are a great source of protein.
I Hate sunflower seeds, never tried pumpkins seeds, am kinda meh with cashews, and Macadamia nuts are too dang expensive.
Brazil nuts are good but expensive. I LOVE Black walnuts. Don't care much for English walnuts. Love almonds, Hate pistachios.

The topic is regarding folks over 60 who often have dietary needs that go beyond nourishment. Many nuts can be a problem for seniors with diverticulitis and bad kidney function can mean reducing intake of potassium, phosphorus and other elements normally good for most others.

What used to be my favorite health foods are now unhealthy for me: Yogurt, tuna, whole wheat, most cheeses, squash, cantaloupe, potatoes and brown rice to name a few. Luckily, Hostess Suzy Q's are not on the list (actually, they are due to being pre-diabetic, but I sneak them in without my wife knowing). But all the above are OK in very small quantities so it's not too hard to deal with. I believe that staying quite physically active helps mitigate some of the potential ill effects. I'll know for sure in another 10 years when I'm 85.
