For those facing hip replacement, I will be doing an article. There is hope. Here is a video I gave to the surgeon. This is 3 years post op. Kicking was at this level at about 1 year post op.

Good to see that you can kick after an op. My left hip has some major pain and this gives me hope. I still kick and bare the pain for now but in a couple years.
