I think you'll find that MT is one of the best places on the Net for discussing the martial arts (amongst other things). It has a strong TKD contingent so you shouldn't have any trouble finding out almost anything about your chosen art.
Plus, it is a very strongly moderated board and we work pretty hard at making sure that everyone remembers where the boundaries of civilised conduct lie - any troubles you encounter can be dealt with by using the Report To Moderator facility (it's the icon in the bar above each post that looks like a "Give Way" sign with an exclamation mark).
Take your time to settle in, have a browse around and find a comfy seat
