Well, for the 1st time the Hanmadang will be held outside of Korea. It's July 17-20 in Anaheim, CA. This event is a WTF/Kukkiwon event featuring poomsae, breaking & demo teams.
In the past, it's always been for BB's. This year, gup ranks are included. Apparently, there are some who take issue with this & the outside organization who is sponsoring the event.
I don't have a dog in either fight. I'm just glad it's here in the USA (& 2 hours from my home). I'd encourage TKD folks of any style to go & watch what is reported to be among the best TKD forms, breaking & demos on the planet.
