Greetings to all.

I am a long-time practitioner of the Arts, primarily old-style Shotokan. Currently, at 50 years of age, I still train five days per week: M W and F full workout of 60 – 90 min.s, and T and H about 30 min.s My emphasis is on physical conditioning and Kata.

I hope to be able to exchange information, with benefit to all parties.

I only have limited experience with internet forums, and so please forgive any foolish errors of mine which may crop up.

Osu!

Again, I want to say thank you to everyone for taking a moment to make me feel welcome! I really do it it makes a difference, in that these types of forums for the newbie are a bit intimidating - just knowing that a few members said HI is a very nice gesture.

And here's another one :D.

Welcome on board, Jason. Plenty of tables {some people call them sub-fora }, so don't be afraid to move about and mingle a bit. Also, don't be shy about putting your point of view over, it's what the board is for after all - if we don't talk to each other then ...
