First demo - the pictures!

I asked my little sister to come take pictures today, so time to share. I was fairly ticked that I had to resort to the back up uniform that some guy made me buy to train with him. Didn't realize the uniform I teach in was dirty

And now.... one of my assistant instructors puts me on my rear, repeatedly. Good thing I know how to take a fall.

We missed the mat. That hurt a bit.

She tried a hook kick first... succeeded in drilling my fingers...

We did a lot more, but for some reason she didn't take pictures through a good 1/3 of it. That's pretty much what I get for asking her...

Most importantly, I gained a minimum 4 students, which given all I got was about 5 lines in the paper 1 day, and the Y put it on their facebook 1 time, I'm happy.

The dirty one stayed home, that's the backup. I hate the pullover top.
