Yesterday I heard my friend Jeff Speakman lost his house to the Arrowhead based California fire. On KenpoNet I offered the idea of a Fire Drive to aid those Kenpoists who might have lost property and/or possessions from the California fires. Today Mr. Stephen LaBounty emailed me and let me know that he and a group of his students are prepared to send some aid.
I am willing to collect all aid from anyone and then equally distribute the aid to those who have lost to the fires. What I need is a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of those Kenpoists who have lost property and/or possessions to the California fires. Also, I need each person submitting names and addresses to also include their names, addresses and phone numbers (we must also make sure these claims are true and valid).
I don't suspect this suggestion of mine is a simple one...but I am willing to help out. As my old friend Jeff Speakman just lost a house, I do not assume he is the only one.
