Drills: Double Kick

I found this drill great.

For 4 Rounds, work on double kicks. Alternate legs each round. You should work on your kicks, not combos in this one. It helps alot with a partner

Double kick and move around.
For example, double kick and step back..double kick, strafe left/right....double kick and move forward. When the 30 second bell rings, Keep kicking as fast as you can non stop(speed more than power)
