I think book reviews on martial arts topics is a bad idea.
Like when people ask if a school is good. As individuals we all like different training and different ideas

I have often found that books I like are not necessarily books my Sifu likes.

I have an affinity for Randy Williams books. Although his wing chun stuff is vastly different to what I do, he explains things well

Yet, I am sure there are those who don't like his books, and we wouldn't both be 'right'.

Therefore maybe we should keep the review farely factual. ie more about the authors background, what the book contains, rather than opinions

thanks man.

i am always researching connected stuff for what i do- i read other styles etc when i did karate and when i first started bonsai trees and i,ll do it with wing chun.
so yeah its a list of good reading/watching i,m looking for. wether its what and how i do it is almost irrelevant...
and besides other styles have some neat moves also i can pinch....:ninja:
