Greetings All,

I got this idea from Guide Dog over at Dog Brothers. Thought we could post things we are grateful for in this life both big or small. Maybe an encouragement or two. Nice to know when things go downhill and we feel like we are drowning there are people that will throw you a life saver and help pull you through. Hope this helps bring a mindset to better our lives.

Peace.

One of my favorite quotes that deals with gratitude goes something like...
I'd thank you from the bottom of my heart but for you my heart has no bottom.

I'm thankful that I've friends no matter where I go.

I am grateful to have a place to post what I'm grateful about!!

Seriously, if I have learned anything in my nearing-half-a-century on Planet Earth, it is that the secret to a happy life is to be grateful for what you have.

Today I have food to eat, air to breath (for free!), sunshine to warm me, a breeze to cool me, money in my pocket, a cold watermelon in the 'fridge, and friends and family to share all these (my riches) with.

I echo those thought exactly! At 50...I am grateful to just be able to get up in the morning and enjoy the quiet before the day gets hectic.
