Lately I've become very interested in this system, however there are no qualified teachers in my area. However, I would like to, at least, read about it. Any recommendations?

Here is a link to Mr. Oyata's senior student and other websites in the association. There are instructors in WI, I'm just not sure how close to you they are. He does have a book out. Mr. Logue could probably help you get a copy of it.

Is there a website that would help me find instructors in the states of MN or WI?

Yes, there is...

If you're ever in the Fargo-Moorhead area you can check out the RyuTe dojo in town. One of my fellow judo and jujutsu buddies is a shodan there and from what I've heard from people, like RRousselot here on MT, it is a very respectable school

If you contact Mr. Logue he can get you in touch with one of those instructors. The guy in Moorehead is an awesome martial artist.
