I am back from vacay.

I still didn't do anything TKD, but I did walk dogs a few times - up a steep hill....once I get settled, I might be able to come up with a few pics.

So far so good, now to get back into shape....

Amazing, to them over there, TKD is a sport worth mentioning when somebody local does something. It was actually mentioned in the local paper when members of a local school did well at a tournament! :jaw-dropping:
