Here are my martial arts resolutions...

1. Make the three hour drive to train with my instructor once a month.
2. Ramp up my training program to earn my third dan.
3. Help my wife earn her first dan (this is after a three year break where she bore me two beautiful children)

Also, Nalia, ever been to the Twin Ports...Its kinda like Thunder Bay, only a little warmer.

Nice thread!

1) Try and run regularly. although I don't like it because it compresses my spine! so that I can:
2) Swim. A lot. Competitively.
3) Find a TKD club that I like wherever I live next.
4) Finish making my clock.

I think 4 is plenty.

for me it will have to be.

1) start taekwondo back up in the new year

2) get fitter

3) try to learn as much as i can and prepare for the 3 gradings next year.

If i pass them all i will be at least a green belt-blue tag.
