Really tired and more than a little bit stressed. Back in Court tomorrow and if I don't get the response I am looking for think it will go to a contested hearing. Plus my understanding boss isn't making things difficult be making me come in at 0600 - 0800 then leave for the hearing to return at around 1100 to the work to 1800 to ensure I get my hours in for the day.

Sorry to hear that.

A friend of mine had to arrest a friend/co-worker many years ago and he felt bad about it but he told me he would have felt much worse if he did nothing and let the guy drive off and killed someone or himself.

It was a DWI/car accident issue
