Well, marching season is over.
The football team did great, but the opposing team was much bigger (private school in a large market...'best team money can buy' kind of deal, plus some strange officiating. To say our team was robbed would be too much, but they would have been much closer on the end result for sure)

It's cool though. It was a fun ride!

now we are on to the indoor season. Much more comfy seating and temperatures!

I got our youngest, most hyper student to stay with me long enough to do '8 basic defense and offense - on my count today!! - I think there's hope!!

We keep meaning to go see Enders Game and Catching Fire. But I'm afraid they won't live up to the books. The Hunger Games certainly did not.
