I tested for Red Belt this past Thursday...and.....

My daughter tested for her blue belt!! My husband took the shots of me and barely any came out But I did get a couple, so I thought I would share

Vickie...good Joonbi stance!

"C" block, back stance

1-step sparring, horse riding stance with wrist lock going into solar plexus elbow strike

Using the "hover" method! LOL

Back kick board break!

Grand Master Sun Ki Chong decided he wanted to help Vickie put on her new blue belt...what an honor!

My spinning kick, done with a torn ligament and 3 months post foot surgery!

Myself with Master Moon....does this Dobok make me look fat........?

how to properly execute a knife hand strike for my board breaking technique
How to do a hook kick...which for me will be near impossible since I have arthritis in my hips...I can barely do a roundhouse let alone a hook kick LOL

This will be the start of my preperation for earning my black belt in April...YAY! 9 months away!
