Last year I weighed 82 kg, and I was starting to get a small potbelly. When I saw myself sideways in the mirror, I finally decided that enough was enough.

I cut out sugar and snacks, started workout again, cut back on alcohol, cut out snacks inbetween meals, and generally watched what I was eating. I still eat everything I used to, but I just quit on candy and snacks.

Now (half a year later) I still weigh 75 kg. I've lost a certain amount of fat, but as muscle mass builds up, the loss and gain cancel each other out.

I can do 51 controlled pushups, and my kicking height has increased to 5.2 feet height. I started working on leg strength as well, and this has significantly improved my technique. It occurred to me that just being flexible isn't of much use if you don't have the strength to lift your leg high enough.
