PT 4, 5, 6...and

4. Worked me hard, felt great for all of 30 feet after it was over, then...couldn't walk. Spent the next 24 hours walking with the cane. Did Step up on a 6 inch stair, did wall sits, did something called air drops which is basically a calf stretch with your toes on the stairs letting your heels drop down. All good, all for strengthening, but all apparently to much for my knee

5 (2 days later), Told them about the aftermath of visit 4 so basically used metal implements to attempt to break up scar tissue, Gaston technique. Felt good after that and was walking OK again. But with a limp and occasionally using cane, but nothing major

6. Leg raises with foot turned outward for strengthening and the Gaston Technique. Still feeling OK and feeling like I am making progress.

Actually did some martial arts related training today as well. Working on grounding force with a heavy bag against my shoulder and directing the force from the shoulder to the opposite foot, did both side, but the right leg (surgery knee) did not last as long. What can I say, its an Internal Chinese Martial Arts thing.
