Kudos to the kid for trying to play a rock classic regardless but perhaps he should've waited a little longer for YouTube'ing.

Not bad for his age - I wonder how long he's been playing? I didn't start until I was seventeen, which was too old really. Starting young is best, so he's on the right road.

The only advice I'd give is ditch the Fender and get a Gibson :lol:.

I give him all the credit in the world for even attempting that song.

He has way more talent than I do so I can not criticize his playing

I don't play guitar but many people in my family do, and I think he did pretty damn good for his age. If he sticks with it he'll be shredding by the time he's a teenager, just MHO.

I was several years older when I learned to play that. He's doing great!!! Kid really has a ear to be picking up that fast at that age too.
