Women's World Cup

The FIFA women's world soccer championship just kicked off. Does anybody care, will you be following the action, what are your thoughts on the tourney?

What a shame about WUSA announcing that they're folding just days before thsi event.

Soccer is so popular here in the States these days--it's a shame not to have more attention on the sport.

Don't know a thing about it. Womens footy never even gets near the radar compared to the mens game here. The womens FA Cup final is shown but that's about it. And I think that's only because the BBC have run out of sports to show.

I like World Cup Soccer, but don't care about it any other time - and only when we (US) are playing ... especially our women.

Oh Well.

Those women are pretty damn talented, I enjoy watching them just as much as the mens soccer. (sorta, kinda, well almost as much):shrug:
