Masters' Chuck Sullivan and Vic LeRoux are very well established in their Interactive Multi-media program and offer a great deal of support and knowledge. They are readily available through both phone and email. The turn around time on the video tests and private lesson(s) is great considering we are in Canada - they really know how to serve all their students worldwide.
