So as some may know I had to stop going to my school because of health issues sadly these issues are still ongoing and I have to wait until September to even see a neurology consultant let alone get any tests so that'll be 4 months after the incident that I even speak to anyone but anyway.
Even though I haven't been at my school I've still been training daily at home doing my forms and techniques. I might not be improving greatly as I would do but I'm happy to at least still be practicing what I'm doing and I'm trying to use my own knowledge to analyse myself and give myself improvements by filming myself and trying to work on stuff but hopefully I'll be back in a gi on the mat soon.
