Starting in Early September, 2011..I will be running a fall / winter program in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada
The focus over the winter will be sensitivity..trapping drills
..basic freehand hubud,lopsau cycle, parry riposte, and harmonius spring drills..together with freehand 5 count sumbrada..working towards developing these shells, and eventually blending them into what makes sense.
I am looking for people that are willing to commit to learn this..experience is not nessesary
