Top TKD Instructor in San Diego California?

I am a long time martial artist, never trained in TKD. I am curious about it though and am curious who the top instructors in the San Diego region are. Maybe a better way to phrase it is who is considered the best quality instructors, legitimately high ranks and time in rank.

Master Jimmy KIm won the 88 gold medal heavy wieght division and is one great instructor.

Like Terry said, Jimmy Kim in South Orange County (http://www.jktc.com) Home of Jimmy Kim (88 Olympic Gold) and Charlotte Craig (08 Olympian)

Closer to San Diego, in Poway is Master Hyon Lee (http://www.tkd-institute.com/Home.html) Charlotte trained with him before moving to Jimmy Kim. Master Lee was a big part of the Pro-TKD movement and if you search his name on you tube you will find lots of his stuff.
