TKD in Omaha?

I may have to go to Omaha on business for a few months. Anyone know a good TKD school? I prefer Olympic style sparring and strong self-defense and fundamentals

Really depends on where in Houston or Seattle you live. Master Preston has a school or schools in Seattle. Lots of choices in Houston from the Lopez School (Elite), Young Brothers.... Need more information on where in the city of choice.

dude i know/heard of him hes an awesome friend of my old TKD inst (unforutnltly her school closed or i would recomend you to her) but he would be an awesome choice. if i still trained in omaha id mostlikly be with him.
