Lions are simply more organized for group survival, but I imagine a fight between a tiger and a lion would end with either the tiger winning or both dying.

What do you mean when you say that you know the answer? This is a very difficult question because there are very few records of these kinds of encounters in the wild or in captivity. If you're interested in speculating, the website Interspecies Conflict has some interesting research available.

I back the lion slightly due to scientific estimations (Lairweb and AFO) on who would win, but in reality its 50/50. It depends on the individual.
