Keith- so glad you are posting here again. Maybe you can help breath some life back into this forum! BTW so much of what you show here is totally wrong. 
Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm getting more into doing things "wrong" since I've pretty much broken away from my previous "association". As long as it works, I'm kinda liking "wrong" these days!
Not a Wing Chun guy (oh no not again!), but just wanted to say good on you for putting stuff out there that'll help others with their solo training at this difficult time. Kudos!
Really cool ideas in the vid too, I may play around with some and adapt them on my bag!

We'll see how long it lasts! I haven't been around for awhile because last time I got banned for several months for no apparent reason. If the moderators are still that heavy-handed, then I won't be here for long.

That Bong/Wu position and then the Punch with the Wu arm is certainly an interesting move.
