Had to read that twice, as the first time I swore it said "Preperation H was passed in San Francisco"...

Seriously though, I have to agree with Arnisador here in that the issue would never stand up to an appeal.

I think the mayor has already acknowledged this at the close of the polls. There are already legal challenges being prepared. He stated that he is seeing it as more of a symbolic gesture, and realizes that it may not have any real teeth.
