I will attempt to. Ryu could mean Dragon Shiki could mean type.
So it might be Dragon type school of Kenpo.
I would really need to see the Kanji but I think this is what it says.

yo guys I haven't been here in awhile but I got some additional info..
Dennis Niemier Owner runs the joint
and heres some unproven stated words I've discovered..
"Taught by certified black belt instructors"
"accredited worldwide"
"master ranked black belt Dennis Niemier Owner"
"Not a sport, but a true Okinawan Combat Art"
"for the serious martial artist"
"Traditional Dojo"
See I like what I see I just hope its all true, hoping someone could tell me what the name means so I can investigate the style a little better, but kenpo in general is my favorite martial art aside from its neglect to high kicks (so I've read..) But that doesnt matter I Like to punch and elbow more than anything.
