No offense, but I don't think that was the gist or point of the video. But yeah kids can be and it could be to show that folks who know the truth are themselves (angrily) in denial and more angry at themselves for feeling (but not BEING) helpless.

Drug dealer in a low income tenement apartment complex, the people in the hallway give a clue, plus the kid talking about mom's visit and so forth.

One said drug dealer, another said hospital. If the video were clearer then I could read the sign on the building.

Edit.

Just rewatched the video on full screen. It was a but fuzzy but the sign on the building says "agentur fuer arbeit" which means "agency for work." So it's some sort of German job placement type thing I guess. So the kid calls the guy at the office uncle because he must see him every week.
