Nothing new in Manny's life, just doing TKD because I love it. Last night as usual only one guy came to dojang, this guay wanted a not extended class because he wanyed to go a base ball game so in short we did a light warm up and stretching and taeguk 1 to 6, this guy is a blue belt, we finish and let him go.
I felt it was too early to leave the dojang so I stayed more time and practiced taeguk 7,8 and Koryo at 10 pm I left the dojang soaked but glad to had some time alone in the dojang.
